What's the setup fee?

Standard installation is included — we handle 10DLC, number porting, and device configuration before you go live. On-site install is available in Orange County, LA, and San Diego at no extra charge. Everywhere else, we ship preconfigured devices and walk you through it on a screen-share. Special infrastructure (new wall runs, electrical, multi-site rollouts) is quoted up front, never tacked on later.

Can I bring my own phones?

Yes. Bring your own SIP-compatible desk phones and we provision them for free. Or skip desk phones entirely and run the softphone on your iPhone, iPad, Mac, Vision Pro, Windows machine, or browser. Android is coming.

Does the softphone cost extra?

No — the softphone is included in your VoIP plan on every Apple device, on Windows, and in the browser. SMS, MMS, web chat, and your call history all live in the same inbox. There's no separate per-seat fee for mobile or desktop.

Do you sign a BAA, and is it locked behind the Enterprise tier?

We sign Business Associate Agreements for HIPAA-covered entities. The BAA is included on the Enterprise tier and available to qualifying covered entities on the Business tier as well — we do not gate the BAA conversation behind a multi-year enterprise contract. Talk to us and we will start the BAA paperwork.

It includes custom volume pricing, a BAA for HIPAA-covered entities, dedicated SIP and multi-location routing, a dedicated account team, and the white-label reseller program. Contract terms are tailored to your deployment — talk to us.
