Do you serve businesses outside California?

Yes. Netexem serves small businesses nationwide across all 50 states. The softphone runs on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Vision Pro on any network connection. The optional on-site install for bundled phone, internet, and TV is Orange County, LA, and San Diego only — every other service ships nationwide on the same per-seat plan.

Do you sign a BAA for medical or dental practices?

Yes. Netexem signs Business Associate Agreements for covered entities, and we publish dedicated vertical pages for medical, dental, and multi-location healthcare. You get encrypted call handling in transit and at rest, role-based access, and audit logs on every call, text, and voicemail. HIPAA compliance is a shared responsibility — Netexem provides the BAA and the encrypted infrastructure; your practice is responsible for your own end-to-end compliance practices, policies, and procedures. Can my team use personal phones without giving out personal numbers?

Yes. The Netexem softphone runs on personal iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Vision Pro and rings on the business number. Outbound calls show the business caller ID, and inbound calls reach the user wherever they are. The personal cell number stays private. Do you port our existing business number?

Yes. Number porting from your existing carrier runs with no downtime and no porting fee. Your published main number, your Google Business Profile number, and any department or extension lines all come with you. We coordinate the cutover so the business does not miss calls during the switch — a real human walks the team through go-live.

How is the price different across industries?

It is not. Pricing is per seat with no contract, no per-minute charges on US calls, and no paywalls on recording, SMS, voicemail-to-email, or after-hours routing.
