Rented hardware is replaced free of charge — a real human ships you a swap unit overnight. No ticket number, no queue. Purchased hardware comes with the standard Yealink one-year manufacturer warranty; we handle the RMA for you so you do not deal with Yealink directly.

Self-install takes about five minutes per phone — plug into PoE, scan the provisioning QR, done. Need on-site help? On-site install is available as an option in Orange County, LA, and San Diego: 1-4 hours for a 5-15 phone office, with network checks, line porting prep, and a hands-on walkthrough with your staff.
